TechFlow news - Binance CEO CZ posted a tweet stating that Apple's recent iOS/iPadOS 16.6.1 update includes a patch fixing a security vulnerability in iMessage present in earlier versions. This vulnerability allowed remote code execution and could be exploited without any action required from the victim.
CZ noted that this vulnerability has already been exploited in the wild by a hacking group named Pegasus. He advised users to update their systems immediately to protect themselves from attacks.
