TechFlow reports, according to Beosin Alert monitoring, the Beosin security team has discovered a DoS vulnerability in the Sui Network p2p protocol that could cause nodes in the Sui network to crash due to memory exhaustion.
This denial-of-service vulnerability is caused by an older attack technique known as a "memory bomb." The vulnerability has been patched in Sui mainnet_v1.6.3 (August 1, 2023).
