TechFlow reports, according to Jake Browatzke, co-founder of Magic Book, that Gala Games' two co-founders—current CEO Eric Schiermeyer and co-founder Wright Thurston—have filed lawsuits against each other, revealing internal turmoil within the company.
According to court documents, Eric Schiermeyer accuses Wright Thurston and his investment vehicle True North of allegedly transferring stolen tokens and manipulating "nodes" operating on the Gala ecosystem to obtain GALA tokens. Meanwhile, Wright Thurston alleges that Eric Schiermeyer sold and squandered millions of dollars in company assets for personal gain without board or shareholder approval, and engaged in deceptive practices intentionally harming Gala Games and its shareholders.
