TechFlow reports that Layer 2 interoperability protocol Connext has tweeted an update, stating that after carefully evaluating user feedback, it identified some omissions in its previous airdrop eligibility assessment and has now made corrections. Key updates are as follows:
-
Increased the total airdrop supply to ensure existing allocations are not reduced.
-
Added transaction records on additional chains and protocols as eligibility sources, such as Evmos, CRO, Arbitrum Nova, etc.
-
To count transactions from Connext V0 toward eligibility, wallets must also have at least one transaction on V1 or V2.
-
Updated partner wallet whitelist.
-
Added transactions via Bungee and Jumper aggregators.
Airdrop eligibility data is currently being updated and may take up to 24 hours to fully reflect changes. Final allocations will be determined after completion of the community Sybil resistance program.
Connext will also launch a community Sybil resistance campaign, rewarding participants who successfully report fake accounts. The campaign runs from August 24 to September 1, during which reporters will receive 25% of the reclaimed NEXT tokens as a reward.
