TechFlow reports that PAULY, founder of CryptoPhunks and NFT marketplace Not Larva Labs, recently exposed the true identity of the PEPE project's founder and raised concerns about the individual's questionable activities.
Pauly stated that the PEPE founder is Zachary Testa, an American photographer who has a history of breaking laws by flying drones in wilderness areas, sacred Indigenous lands, and other drone-restricted zones. According to Pauly, Zachary Testa used proceeds from PEPE to purchase a Lamborghini worth $865,000, yet never paid any copyright fees to Matt Furie, the creator of "Pepe the Frog."
PAULY previously assisted the PEPE team in connecting with listing teams at Binance and Sushi.
Notably, due to his past bullish statements on PEPE, PAULY was once rumored to be the project's founder. However, the claims he made today are currently unsupported by evidence.
