TechFlow reports, according to Reuters, a Mastercard spokesperson said via email on Thursday that Mastercard and cryptocurrency exchange Binance will end their four crypto card programs in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Bahrain on September 22. Mastercard's website also lists partnerships with crypto exchanges such as Gemini. The spokesperson stated that this decision will not affect any of Mastercard’s other crypto card programs.
Binance crypto cards allow users to make payments in traditional currencies, with funds drawn from the cryptocurrencies they hold on the exchange.
