TechFlow news, Wintermute, a crypto hedge fund, has proposed the following recommendations to the dydX community:

The dydX community adopt the open-source dydX v4 software as the next version of the dydX protocol;

Adopt DYDX as the L1 token for the dydX chain;

Use smart contracts developed by the dydX Foundation to establish a one-way bridge for the DYDX token between Ethereum and the dydX chain;

Recommend that validators on the dydX chain refer to this smart contract when distributing DYDX tokens on the dydX chain;

On dydX v3, wethDYDX will have the same governance and utility functions as the Ethereum-based DYDX.
Wintermute stated that it supports the role of dydX v4 and the DYDX token on the dydX chain, and therefore offers these suggestions for community consideration.
