TechFlow news, according to The Block, Web3 equity trading company Dinari has raised $7.5 million in seed funding, with participation from Third Kind Venture Capital, 500 Global, former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan, Sancus Ventures, Version One VC, among others.
Dinari said it plans to launch a trading platform called dShare, which will pair tokens with underlying securities on a 1:1 basis, enabling users to invest in equities of publicly funded enterprises. The service will not be available in the United States.
