TechFlow news: Base's second round of Prop House funding has launched, with submissions open until August 24. This round will support new protocols, tools, and infrastructure built on Base. Any address on the mainnet holding an ENS domain and at least 0.025 ETH, who is of legal adult age in their respective state or country and not a legal resident of any OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction, may apply for funding.
Holders of the "Base is for Builders" NFT can vote, with one vote per address. The top five proposals will each receive 5 ETH in funding.
