TechFlow news: Starknet announced that Volition will be deployed on the Starknet testnet in Q4 2023. Volition will remain available on the testnet long-term, and Starknet will actively collect community feedback and make adjustments based on developers' needs.
According to reports, Volition will allow developers to flexibly choose data availability either on Ethereum (L1) or Starknet (L2). Reducing on-chain L1 data can fundamentally lower costs. Volition is expected to significantly reduce expenses for many users and DApp builders. In the future, Starknet will define additional data availability models, such as Adamantium.
