TechFlow News — Alameda Research is seeking to bring in additional plaintiffs to join its lawsuit against Grayscale Investments.
In a motion filed with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Alameda stated that more than 45 parties—including individuals, funds, and family offices—have expressed interest in joining as additional plaintiffs.
The filing does not name these individuals or entities. The motion further notes that Alameda needs more time "to continue gathering plaintiffs to join with it." The court has required plaintiffs to respond to Grayscale's motion to dismiss by September 15.
