TechFlow reports that Curve Finance and other projects affected by this week's reentrancy attacks plan to offer a 10% bounty to the hacker in exchange for returning the remaining cryptocurrency. In an on-chain message sent to the hacker's Ethereum address, Curve, Metronome, and Alchemix wrote: "We will pursue you from every angle within the bounds of the law. We will not further pursue the matter ourselves, nor will there be risks involving law enforcement." The three parties have set a deadline of 8:00 AM UTC on August 6, after which their bounty will instead be awarded to anyone who provides information leading to the hacker's arrest and conviction.
