TechFlow reports that Swen Werner, State Street Bank's global head of digital custody and payments, announced in a LinkedIn post that he is leaving the bank after eight years. In addition to thanking his colleagues at the bank, Werner mentioned his hope to eventually spend more time on blockchain technology, which he believes "can make the world a better place."
Before joining State Street, Werner worked at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank. According to his LinkedIn profile, he joined State Street in 2015.
