TechFlow reported, according to Bloomberg, that AI metaverse startup Futureverse has raised $54 million in a Series A round led by 10T Holdings, with participation from Ripple Labs, Futureverse co-founders Aaron McDonald and Shara Senderoff, among others.
Reportedly, Futureverse was formed through the merger of 11 different companies from fields including blockchain, artificial intelligence, virtual universe, and gaming. The consolidation began at the end of 2022 with eight companies, followed by the addition of three more companies afterward.
