TechFlow reports that Taiko, an Ethereum Layer 2 network based on zkRollup, has announced its first community grant program aimed at identifying and supporting innovative community members to build and grow the Taiko ecosystem. The program will provide necessary financial incentives and developer resources to help them realize their visions.
All grants will be awarded in the form of future Taiko tokens, with up to 0.2% of the total token supply allocated exclusively to the first round of grantees. Grant categories include: Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), Education & Community, Proposer Optimization, Alternative Proposer-Prover Token Economics, Proof Markets, Social/Messaging DApps, NFT Bridges and Markets, Gaming, and AI Integration.
