TechFlow news, on June 27, Justin Sun, founder of TRON and member of Huobi Global Advisory Board, shared a post by Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao regarding Hong Kong's virtual asset rating rules and commented, "Glad to see Hong Kong embracing crypto by establishing rating regulations. The implementation of rating rules demonstrates Hong Kong’s determination to provide a safe and transparent environment for cryptocurrency businesses."
According to Wu Blockchain and other sources, Hong Kong Virtual Asset Rating Agency (HKVAC) recently released its methodology and operational guidelines for calculating the virtual asset index. The index consists of an initial basket of 30 tokens, including TRX, the native token of the TRON blockchain ecosystem. Other included tokens are WBTC, BTCB, stETH, BCH, LINK, OKB, among others. At the end of each quarter, HKVAC will review and adjust the relevant tokens; the results will be announced two weeks after the quarter ends and implemented three weeks after the quarter ends.
