TechFlow news, on June 20, Bitget launched the "Super Airdrop" utility program for BGB on May 8. As of press time, ten new project listing airdrops have been distributed, with over 133.5 billion tokens issued, totaling more than $150,000 in value. The airdropped tokens include DONS, PIP, INU, SXS, TENET, FERC, GPTG, BLUE, OMN, and UNLEASH.
In the second quarter of 2023, BGB released an updated whitepaper introducing features such as the BGB Super Airdrop and staking BGB to waive withdrawal fees. Additionally, the whitepaper revealed plans to implement a future BGB buyback and burn mechanism.
