TechFlow reports that Ethereum restaking protocol EigenLayer has successfully deployed its Restaking protocol on the Ethereum mainnet, as announced via its official Twitter account.
The protocol offers staked ETH users the opportunity to restake by depositing liquid restaking tokens—including Lido stETH, Rocket Pool rETH, and Coinbase Wrapped Staked ETH—into the EigenLayer platform.
This mainnet launch marks the first phase of EigenLayer's three-stage rollout. The second phase will introduce operators who perform validation tasks for AVSs (Application-Specific Validation) built on EigenLayer. In the third phase, several AVSs will be launched on EigenLayer.
