TechFlow news, according to CNBC, JPMorgan Chase has recently developed an artificial intelligence software service called IndexGPT to provide investment advice to clients, marking a significant step forward for the bank in AI-driven financial services.
Inspired by OpenAI's ChatGPT technology, IndexGPT leverages large language models to generate human-like text based on input queries and will use AI-powered cloud computing software to analyze and select securities that best meet client requirements.
This move could signal a potential shift in the financial advisory landscape, as AI services may challenge the traditional role of human financial advisors. JPMorgan Chase, which employs 1,500 data scientists and machine learning engineers, is actively exploring various use cases for GPT technology.
