TechFlow reports that digital bank Onyx Private has announced the completion of a $4.1 million funding round, with participation from Village Global, Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, One Way Ventures, 186 Ventures, and Olive Tree Capital.
Onyx Private partners with Piermont Bank to offer digital banking services, including checking accounts, debit cards, as well as payment and shopping cashback. The company provides users with high-yield, fixed-income investment portfolio products. Its investment services are managed by Helium Advisors, while brokerage accounts are cleared through Pershing, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon.
