TechFlow reports that metaverse company Super League has raised $23.8 million in a private placement through two convertible preferred stock transactions. According to Nasdaq rules, the final closing is expected to be completed later this week. SternAegis Ventures served as the sole placement agent for the financing round, with participation from existing investors, new investors, and affiliates of the placement agent.
Super League offers gaming and digital space experiences on metaverse platforms such as Roblox, Minecraft, and Fortnite. Its innovative solutions enable consumers to socialize, be entertained, explore, collaborate, shop, learn, and create within the metaverse.
