TechFlow news — Su Zhu, co-founder of the cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC), has obtained a restraining order from a Singapore court against Arthur Hayes, co-founder of the BitMEX exchange.
According to the restraining order issued on May 5 and reviewed by CoinDesk, Hayes is prohibited from using "threatening, abusive, or insulting language" and "engaging in any threatening, abusive, or insulting communication that would harass, alarm, or distress the applicant."
