TechFlow News — Investment firm Mayfield has announced the successful fundraising of $955 million through two venture capital funds. The capital will be deployed to invest in artificial intelligence, data economy, deep tech, Web3, and human and planetary health sectors.
The two funds are Mayfield XVII, with $580 million in capital, and Mayfield Select III, with $375 million. With these closings, Mayfield now manages a total of $3 billion in assets.
Previously, in July last year, Mayfield participated in investments in Web3 applications, including Unstoppable Domains, an NFT domain name service provider.
