TechFlow news on April 28: David Hoffman, founder of Bankless, posted a tweet revealing that Bankless Ventures, a venture fund with a target size of $35 million, has secured 75% of its capital commitments. Limited partners include Marc Andreessen, co-founder of a16z; Chris Dixon, founder of a16z Crypto; Dankrad Feist, researcher at the Ethereum Foundation; Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon; and NGC, among others. The fund aims to complete fundraising by the end of May.
Earlier reports from early March indicated that David Hoffman and Ryan Sean Adams, hosts of the Bankless podcast, planned to raise $35 million for their venture fund, Bankless Ventures, to invest in seed-stage Web3 companies.
