TechFlow news, on April 12, the Web3 Carnival was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Jin Jian, Director of the Industrial Internet and Internet of Things Research Institute at the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech titled "Spark·Chain Network: A Blockchain Infrastructure Originating from China." He introduced in detail the construction philosophy and current development status of the "Spark·Chain Network," and shared its next-step global strategy with attendees.
In his speech, Jin Jian mentioned that the construction of the "Spark·Chain Network" is based on the trust system underpinning Web3. After years of development, the internet's paradigm has shifted from "best-effort" data transmission toward trusted exchange of value. To achieve this shift in paradigm, the internet must evolve from management-based trust to algorithmic and self-sovereign trust systems.
For over three years, the "Spark·Chain Network" has been dedicated to advancing the development of an ecosystem network and blockchain applications, enabling the transfer of trust. Today, it has achieved extensive node coverage across mainland China and is expanding into regions including Hong Kong and Macao, as well as multiple Southeast Asian countries, collectively building the international ecosystem of the "Spark·Chain Network."
