TechFlow reports that at today's Web3 Hong Kong Carnival Summit, Kong Dejun, Deputy District Governor of Hangzhou's Shangcheng District, and Li Dafeng, representative of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, signed the "Memorandum on Web3 Industry Collaboration between Hangzhou and Hong Kong." By leveraging the respective strengths of both cities, enhancing resource complementarity and sharing, and deepening industrial collaboration and cooperation in the Web3 field, the agreement aims to promote closer integration between Hangzhou and Hong Kong's Web3 industries, achieving a synergistic effect greater than the sum of its parts.
