By leveraging the respective strengths of both cities, enhancing resource complementarity and sharing, and deepening industrial collaboration and cooperation in the Web3 field, the agreement aims to promote closer integration between Hangzhou and Hong Kong's Web3 industries, achieving a synergistic effect greater than the sum of its parts.
