TechFlow news — According to U.S. media reports, Elon Musk recently purchased approximately 10,000 GPUs for one of Twitter's two data centers. The project involves creating a generative AI that Twitter will train using its own vast datasets. It remains unclear how Twitter will utilize this technology, but generative AI could enhance Twitter's search functionality or help rebuild its advertising business.
Previously, Musk co-signed an open letter calling for a six-month pause in AI development.
