TechFlow news — On March 24, Polygon officially announced that the zkMeta team will build the first GameFi-dedicated zk-rollup on the Polygon network. Era7, a leading TCG card game, will be the first Web3 game to benefit from Polygon's ZK technology on zkMeta.
The solution is expected to significantly reduce Gas Fees required for user interactions and improve transaction speed. The Era7 team has completed the first phase of compatibility testing and will next restructure parts of its gameplay interaction logic and deploy NFT contracts onto the zkMeta testnet.
This major development opens up new possibilities for users in gaming experience and NFT trading, marking Era7's proactive step forward in exploring infrastructure upgrades.
