TechFlow news, Starknet DAO will begin its decentralized governance process, with the community voting for the first time on whether to approve its latest protocol upgrade, Starknet Alpha v0.11.0. The DAO has set March 21 as the start date for the upgrade voting period, which will be conducted via Snapshot and is expected to take six days to complete.
Furthermore, the first phase of Starknet governance will focus on protocol upgrades, allowing community members to vote on each released protocol update. Every successful vote will result in a new version of the protocol being deployed on the Starknet mainnet. Planned protocol upgrades will be launched on the Goerli testnet during the voting period, and if the vote passes, they will subsequently be rolled out on the mainnet.Source link
