TechFlow news, according to voting results, a16z cast its entire 15 million UNI holdings as votes against the proposal to "deploy Uniswap V3 on BNB Chain."
The proposal was put forward by OxPlasma Labs and would use Wormhole for bridging during deployment. Eddie Lazzarin, a partner at a16z, stated in a forum post that if technically feasible, a16z would allocate its 15 million UNI tokens to vote in support of LayerZero. A representative from Wormhole expressed that they would be surprised if a16z went against the community vote outcome and attempted to block its implementation, although currently it seems unlikely that a16z will do so.Original link
