TechFlow news — WeaveDB, a decentralized database for smart contracts, has announced the completion of a $900,000 pre-seed funding round led by Permanent Ventures, with participation from IOSG Ventures, Mask Network, Arweave, Hansa, Next Web Capital, CMTD, Formless Capital, and Scott Moore, co-founder of Gitcoin.
WeaveDB brings Web2-like user experiences to Web3 users and developers through a NoSQL database on smart contracts, similar to document-based databases like Firestore. Users can access services without connecting a crypto wallet or paying gas fees. Developers can use WeaveDB to build decentralized applications such as a decentralized Twitter or a new GitHub.Source link
