TechFlow news, Layer 1 blockchain project Venom Foundation has partnered with investment management firm Iceberg Capital to launch a $1 billion venture fund that will invest in Web3 protocols and decentralized applications (dApps) from pre-seed to Series A rounds, focusing on sectors such as payments, asset management, DeFi, banking services, and GameFi.
VVF will also leverage Iceberg Capital's resources to offer an incubation program, providing projects with support in marketing, exchange listings, technology, legal, and regulatory matters. Peter Knez, former BlackRock executive, and seasoned investor Mustafa Kheriba will join the fund's leadership team.
In addition to the fund announcement, VVF has made its first investment, leading a $20 million funding round for Nümi Metaverse, a metaverse platform designed for creators. Source link
