TechFlow, the issuer of Djed, a stablecoin on the Cardano blockchain, has announced an updated fee structure on the Medium platform. Regarding deposit fees, the rate has been reduced by 50%, decreasing from 0.5% per deposit to 0.25%. For withdrawal fees, a dynamic rate will be implemented—longer vault deposit durations will result in lower withdrawal fees, with rates as low as 0.4%. As for liquidation risk fees, the rate ranges between 1% and 5%, with the amount charged depending on the health status of deposits at the time of withdrawal. The new fee model will take effect starting January 15, 2023, and will apply to existing deposits. Djed also revealed that it will release its plans for 2023 and beyond in the coming weeks, including vault updates.
