TechFlow news, according to ASICS' official website, the globally renowned athletic footwear brand has announced the launch of a virtual shoe NFT collection called "The UI Collection" on the Solana blockchain, linked to physical shoes. The ASICS x Solana co-branded physical sneakers "GT-2000 11" are available only via pre-order and come in two versions: "Solana-Dark Mode" and "Solana-Light Mode," priced at 200 USDC each, with shipments scheduled for March 23, 2023. ASICS stated that unlike its previous NFT collections, it chose Solana this time because the blockchain is "more environmentally friendly."
