TechFlow news, according to The Block, a filing submitted to the SEC shows that digital asset bank Custodia (formerly Avanti) has raised $7 million in funding. The initial sale of this equity round took place in early October, with a total of 36 investors participating.
Last March, the company completed a $37 million Series A round backed by Binance.US, Coinbase Ventures, and Lemniscap. To date, Custodia's total fundraising has reached $51 million. In 2020, the company obtained a banking charter from the state of Wyoming and is subject to regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws. Original link
