TechFlow news — According to official updates, Aptos Labs has announced the launch of its blockchain mainnet, Aptos Autumn. The blockchain's codebase is built on Move, a programming language based on Rust. Move smart contracts are upgradeable and enable secure evolution across all Aptos applications. The current Aptos blockchain leverages the latest iteration of Aptos BFT (version 4), while development of Aptos BFT version 5 is already underway and will be released in future upgrades. Earlier in July, Aptos completed a $150 million Series A funding round led by FTX Ventures and Jump Crypto.
