TechFlow news — According to community member @ZachXBT, known as the "crypto detective," seven Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFTs worth over $700,000 (approximately 540 ETH) have been stolen. The affected NFTs are BAYC #4317, #755, #6567, #8761, #2951, #9611, and #8274.
The victims appear to have been tricked into approving a malicious contract, resulting in the theft of their BAYC NFTs. Among them, BAYC #6567 was originally purchased for 190 ETH but has now been resold at a loss for only 63 ETH.
@ZachXBT noted that the hacker behind this attack may be a repeat offender, as the same individual or group allegedly stole another BAYC (#8941) in September. He also revealed that the attacker has already laundered 210 ETH obtained from this attack through FixedFloat.Original link
