TechFlow news, Chainlink is launching "Build" and "Scale" programs for its clients. Under the "Build" program, emerging teams will donate 3% to 5% of their native tokens to the network in exchange for access to Chainlink data. For projects that are already live, the "Scale" program aims to reduce on-chain transaction costs related to smart contract oracles to nearly zero.
