TechFlow News — According to Coindesk, Eclipse, a universal Layer 2 infrastructure, has announced raising $15 million in Pre-seed and seed funding at a valuation of over $100 million. The $9 million seed round was co-led by Tribe Capital and Tabiya, with Tabiya being a crypto venture fund founded by former Binance executives. Other participants in the seed round include Caballeros Capital, Infinity Ventures Crypto, Soma Capital, Struck Capital, and CoinList. The $6 million Pre-seed round was led by Polychain Capital, with participation from Tribe Capital, Tabiya, Galileo, Polygon Ventures, The House Fund, and Accel.
Eclipse is a customizable rollup compatible with multiple Layer 1 blockchains. The platform enables developers to deploy their own rollups powered by the Solana operating system, while using any blockchain for security or data storage.
