TechFlow news — U.S. SEC filings show that Valar Fund VIII, a new fund under Peter Thiel co-founded Valar Ventures, has raised $665 million with participation from 121 external investors.
Valar Ventures has participated in multiple major crypto investments, including leading the $27 million Series A round for crypto exchange XanPool, the $15 million Series A round for crypto trading platform Yellow Card, the $170 million Series B and $263 million Series C rounds for cryptocurrency platform Bitpanda, and the $25 million Series A round for crypto lending platform Vauld.
