TechFlow news — Alameda Research announced it has repaid its loan to Voyager and reclaimed its collateral.
Earlier, bankruptcy filings submitted by Voyager Digital to a New York federal court revealed that Alameda Research had borrowed approximately $377 million from Voyager, including an outstanding unsecured loan of $75 million. This debt made Alameda the second-largest borrower from Voyager, behind only Three Arrows Capital, which has already filed for bankruptcy protection.
