TechFlow news — The NFT collection "CRYPTYQUES," themed around classic Hong Kong films, announced on its official account that the whitelist sale will launch at 8:00 PM Beijing time on June 17 via random mint on its official website (cryptyques.com) at a price of 0.05 ETH. The public sale will officially open at 5:00 PM Beijing time on June 18 at a price of 0.08 ETH. The first series to be released, titled "Desire," will issue a total of 1,321 NFTs, with a maximum of four mints allowed per wallet address. One unique 1/1 edition NFT will be exhibited in person with a renowned international auction house in July, followed by an online and offline joint auction.
Reportedly, the "CRYPTYQUES" NFT collection draws inspiration from iconic film scenes reflecting intense human desire in 1980s Hong Kong cinema—namely "The Killer's Romance" (1989), "Nomad" (1982), "Outlaw" (1982), and "The Undercover" (1981). Internationally acclaimed photographer Wing Shya collaborates with a Hollywood production team to re-create these moments using Point Cloud technology into 3D animated films. The initial NFT release will feature short clips ranging from 10 to 15 seconds. This NFT project introduces innovative gameplay tied to attributes—lucky collectors may obtain rare "Easter egg" traits.
