TechFlow news, on May 26, Old Fashion Research (OFR) announced the launch of a $100 million investment fund. OFR is a multi-strategy blockchain investment fund founded in July 2021 by former Binance executives and investment team members. Founding partners include Ling Zhang, former Vice President of Strategic Investments and M&A at Binance; Wayne Fu, former Head of Corporate Development; and Xin Jiang, former Investment Director at Binance Labs and Head of Binance Launchpad.
OFR empowers and supports blockchain projects and entrepreneurs worldwide through various strategies including incubation, investment, and acquisitions. OFR's investors include Wemix, the blockchain gaming platform under South Korea-listed gaming company Wemade; Wei Zhou, former CFO of Binance; and Wang Gang, angel investor in Didi, along with other domestic and international traditional investment funds, family offices, and individual angel investors.
