TechFlow news, Aura FAT, a SPAC focused on opportunities in the crypto industry, has raised $115 million through a Nasdaq IPO via the SPAC route. Aura FAT will focus on acquisitions in the blockchain sector, with a clear interest in emerging technology companies working on Web3, crypto, digital ledgers, and gaming assets. It has also secured sponsorship funding from Singapore-based financial services firm AuraGroup and the Fat project.
