TechFlow news, the privacy computing blockchain Oasis Network will conduct the Damask upgrade at 17:00 on April 11th, Beijing time. According to the official announcement, in this upgrade, the ParaTime transaction processing and transmission channel has been redesigned. The minimum Gas price for Emerald ParaTime will increase from the current 10 nROSE to 100 nROSE to avoid increased network congestion and ensure timely transaction processing for Emerald users. Most transactions' Gas fees will remain below 0.05 ROSE. Additionally, the number of validators will increase from 110 to 120.
It is reported that since its launch, the usage of Emerald ParaTime has continuously grown at a rapid pace, processing up to 700,000 transactions daily, while the Web3 gateway hosted by Oasis receives over 200 million requests per day.
