TechFlow news, March 29 — Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian delegation, said after the first day of talks in the fifth round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations that a meeting between Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy could take place simultaneously with the preliminary signing of a peace treaty by the two countries' foreign ministries. Mizintsev added that if progress is made swiftly in drafting the agreement and mutual compromises are reached, peace will come sooner.
