TechFlow news, Honduras could be the next country to officially recognize Bitcoin as legal tender following El Salvador. According to reports, Honduran President Xiomara Castro stated that El Salvador should not be the only nation "escaping dollar hegemony."
Sources indicated that Castro also emphasized it is Honduras' right to "move toward the first world," although the remarks have not yet been verified. The president's announcement is reportedly set for March 21 local time.
