TechFlow news, March 21 — According to PRNewswire, KlayCity has secured $3.75 million in seed funding led by Krust and Animoca Brands. The round also saw participation from Naver Z, FriendsGames, A&T Capital, OKX Blockdream Ventures, Genesis Block Ventures, Kyros Ventures, ROK Capital, StableNode, PlayDapp, HG Ventures, Eric Zoo (founder of Exnetwork Capital), and Kwon Do. The funds will be used to further develop the virtual world and enhance user experience.
KlayCity is a play-to-earn (P2E) game built on the Klaytn network, where players participate in various activities using NFTs, LAY tokens, and ORB tokens. The project has received backing from a subsidiary of Kakao, South Korea's leading messaging platform.
