Circle, the issuer of USDC: Prohibiting all fiat payments from Russia
Circle, the issuer of stablecoin USDC, stated, "The United States and the United Kingdom have implemented broad economic sanctions aimed at holding Russia accountable. To comply with regulations, Circle has temporarily blocked all fiat payments from accounts in Russia."
