TechFlow news, February 10 — Yves La Rose, leader of the EOS Network Foundation, tweeted that the EOS Network Foundation is pursuing all possible legal means to demand Block.one return the $4.1 billion raised during EOS's crowdfunding phase. Block.one's years of negligence have caused severe damage to the EOS ecosystem, and it must now take responsibility for its failure to honor commitments by returning assets that rightfully belong to the EOS ecosystem. The EOS Network Foundation has now engaged a top Canadian law firm to investigate Block.one’s past misconduct toward the EOS community and EOS investors, including unfulfilled promises, and to determine legal recourse, including the possibility of filing formal litigation. As the investigation progresses, the EOS Network Foundation will release updates to the public.
